About the Role
The fully remote Clinical Therapist position (full-time or part-time) will provide outpatient individual therapy to clients of Realize You Therapy & Counseling Services, LCSW PLLC (Realize You Therapy). Clinical therapy services include treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. We are currently looking for therapists who are social justice minded, trauma- informed, and are ready to be a part of a dynamic, fun, and collaborative team. To allow for growth of caseload and to ensure a good fit, the position begins as a fee-for-service position for three to six months before the option to become a part time or full time employed therapist with full benefits. Requirements
Minimum 16 clients per week
Perform remote clinical therapy services to patients of Realize You Therapy, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.
Regular, reliable, and prompt attendance to all work responsibilities, especially scheduled client sessions.
Must be able to work evening and weekend hours
Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Realize You Therapy.
Respond to patients’ requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. or through the Realize You Therapy website. Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such patients.
Communicate with a patient’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.
Timely complete written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Realize You Therapy or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion. Keep patient files accurate and up to date.
Attend mandatory meetings and trainings as directed by Realize You Therapy. Conduct therapy and counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of Realize You Therapy. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers. Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.

Qualifications & Skills
Align with Realize You Therapy mission, vision, and values.
Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree
Must have an active license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, LMHC, LMSW, MFT-LP,) in the State of New York (other states a bonus). A copy must be provided to Realize You Therapy.
Available to hold at least 16 patient sessions per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Realize You Therapy.
Fully remote position requires a reliable and consistent computer, internet, and phone.
Background check required.
Be organized and detail oriented.
Be a team player.
Be able to work independently on tasks assigned.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in a private practice setting is highly preferred.
