About the Role

As an Engagement Specialist at Realize You Therapy, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, current clients, and team members. You will engage with them through various channels to understand their needs, provide support, and promote our products or services. You will alsodevelop and maintain relationships with other practices, organizations, and business networks.

Requirements

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, which might include clients, community members, or employees, to understand their needs and ensure their interests are addressed.


  • Develop and implement strategies for gathering feedback from stakeholders through methods like surveys, focus groups, or one-on-one interviews. Use this feedback to make informed decisions and improve engagement strategies.


  • Design and roll out engagement programs or campaigns to boost stakeholder participation, satisfaction, and loyalty. This may involve coordinating events, workshops, webinars, or other initiatives that cater to the target audience's interests and needs.


  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create engaging content tailored to the target audience. This might include newsletters, blog posts, social media updates, or other materials to foster connection and involvement.


  • Track, measure, and report on engagement metrics to determine the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.


  • Work closely with various departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer support, to align engagement strategies with broader organizational goals and ensure a consistent experience for all stakeholders.


  • It's essential to note that the specific duties of an engagement specialist can vary depending on the industry, company size, and the specific group of stakeholders they're tasked with engaging.


  • Frequently review and manage referral sources.


  • Build and maintain relationships with our referral network.


  • Assist with creating and distributing referral network marketing material.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Hold or working towards a degree in Business/Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, or Marketing.

  • Minimum of 2 years of college education completed.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Background check required.

  • Fully remote position requires a reliable and consistent computer, internet, and phone.

  • Align with Realize You Therapy mission, vision, and values.

  • Knowledge of Realize You Therapy client experience goals and how to achieve client satisfaction.

  • Be able to lead and manage client intake and scheduling.

  • Must be punctual in reporting to work.

  • Be organized and detail oriented.

  • Be a team player.

  • Be able to work independently on tasks assigned.

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
